Designed the converting lead experience for SugarCRM mobile app. 

The challenge 

  • There are so many different use cases and edge cases which are dependent on the enterprises’ size and client customization.
  • Getting an accurate usage data can be pretty tough, since only 30% of our users are using sugar on-demand or in the cloud.

The result

  • User can convert the lead using mobile, and it increased 13% of sugar mobile usage.
  • "It does the work with just a few steps. Very convenient." - Customer feedback
